Mr. Krishna Bhandari, known as Krishna Sadagi, is a dedicated social activist. Sadagi has spent seven years in the government services in Nepal. He studied political science, public administration, and journalism in Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He campaigned for social transformation, anti-corruption, and good governance movement in Nepal for more than a decade as a dedicated social activist. He was actively engaged in for the causes of peace, justice, democracy, human rights, rule of law, transparent and accountable governance system. Sadagi is a founder and executive director of Research and Media Center against Corruption (ReMAC Nepal) where he coordinated, directed and completed several anti-corruption projects and activities through ReMAC. He successfully coordinated anti-corruption and good governance related thirteen civil society organizations and built a National Integrity Alliance for the national level campaign for good governance. He organized series of roundtable discussions on governance reform, produced and coordinated good governance radio program for national and community radio stations. He conceptualized and directed for the publication of a Good Governance Year Book, 2006 for the first time in Nepal. He served as Secretary for the Non-Residence Nepalese Associations (NRNA) in Virginia and at the moment he serves as the Vice-President of NRNA’s Virginia state board.
